This phase is always together with client. After chosen solution comes documentation design. Everything is clear already after this phase in project.
According to documentation we build control cabinets and order all necessary components. Everything is under control from sensor till PLC.
In this phase we connect all devices to our control cabinets and make all device tests according to they specifications. This is first time in solution when automation meets client equipment. We make 3 stage testing: IO Test, dry Test and Wet Test. For some industries there is no wet test.
Last phase always is functionality. This job is done combining our programming and process control experience with process functional descriptions. In this phase client can see how his new equipment works and can make some adjustments or suggestions for individual solution.
